When working with sellers, Aaron combines strategic preparation and stunning photography with targeted online marketing.

Aaron graduated from UC Davis with a B.A. in Economics in 2006 and immediately landed his first job in real estate: finding homes for clients in Chicago. Working as an agent for Chicago Real Estate Finders, he quickly rose to become the company's top-producing agent within his first year. During his 6-year tenure at the firm, he went on to earn many more achievements, including Agent of the Month and Agent of the Year, and was the first and only agent ever to become a "Rolex Club" winner in 2009. His innovative internet marketing skills helped him bring in an overflow of clients, which eventually led to the formation of The Nemirow Group in 2009. With an additional 5-7 agents on his team, Aaron was able to further grow his business and service all his clients. After leaving Chicago in 2012, Aaron continued to manage The Nemirow Group remotely for several years until the brokerage was acquired by Coldwell Banker in 2015.
