His vigorous training as an athlete, coupled with his extensive musical background, gave Joe a chance to connect with people from all walks of life. A stint on the east coast in New York City and Washington, DC confirmed that the Bay Area was and always will be his home.

Joe’s early exposure to music was the catalyst for starting his first business as a mobile DJ in 1995. That experience helped mold his keen business savvy and nurture his entrepreneurial spirit. Holding positions in sales, logistics, and management, Joe has had vast experience collaborating with and leading people.
